Stress Management

For many of us stress is just a part of everyday life, we work long hours and look after our

family and wonder why we are tired. Taking time out for ourselves is so important even if its just a walk on the beach or sitting in the garden with a nice cup of tea. But sometimes things creep up on us and we start to feel overwhelmed with a situation we have trouble sleeping and find it hard to concentrate. I met Susan Davey she specialises in stress management and helps people get their lives back on track by using reiki and hypnotherapy and yesterday I was her client. The Session lasted for over an hour and if you have ever had reiki before you will agree it is a odd but very pleasant sensation and last night I slept like a log.
