It does not matter how old you are dance has so many hidden health benefits.

With television shows like Strictly Come Dancing and Britain's Got Talent, dancing has become fashionable again. All types of classes are popping up with everything from tap dancing to lindy hop. Dancing is not only good for your health but it can also improve your mood and is a way of making new friends. Yesterday I met Leila Hyde who has just started Funk Street Dance, she explains in my podcast how much fun it is to be part of group of people learning something new, and how it lifts peoples spirits. Leila is a qualified dance instructor and believes it does not matter how old you are their is so much to be gained for movement and we should all give it a go.
